Before you can withdraw funds from dwghoki, we request additional information: your full name, national identification number (KTP), and residential address. This is our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We verify this information against government records and cross-reference it with our fraud-prevention database. We perform KYC verification once per account, and the data remains on file for future withdrawals. Payment and transaction data

Note: Our dwghoki app sends push notifications (app alerts on your phone). You control these in your phone's Settings > Apps > dwghoki > Notifications. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to log in or play; it only stops alerts from reaching your phone.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to operate dwghoki and comply with law. Account data (email, password hash, preferences) stays active as long as your account exists. Transaction records stay for five years minimum. KYC data stays for five years from the date it was collected. After the retention period expires, we securely delete the data—we use cryptographic shredding and multi-pass overwriting to ensure data cannot be recovered.

Security measures

We encrypt all data transmitted between your phone and our dwghoki servers using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Your password is hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Your KYC data and transaction records are encrypted in our database. We use role-based access control, so only dwghoki staff who need your data to serve you can access it.
